The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.60 dated 27.05.2025, under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 190, 191(3) of BNS, 2023 [offence 118 (2), 109 added later on], registered at Police Station Dhariwal, District Gurdaspur. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been arrested in this case. As such, the present petition has been rendered as infrucutous. 3.
