Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.1 Deputy Registrar, Firms, Societies and Chits Kanpur Region Kanpur to consider the application of the petitioners dated 7.3.2025 for registration of list of office bearers and members of Committee of management of Shree Janta Shiksha Prasar Samit, Village and Post Banthra, Tehsil Bidhuna, District Auraiya within stipulated time as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that an application of petitioners dated 07.03.2025 for registration of list of office bearers and members of Committee of Management of Shree Janta Shiksha Prasar Samit, Village and Post Banthra, Tesil Bidhuna, District Auraiya is pending before respondent no.1. It is further prayed that the petitioners' application dated 07.03.2025, which is pending before respondent no.1, may be directed to be decided in accordance with law, expeditiously. 3. Learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State-respondents vehemently opposed the petition on merit, but has not opposed the innocuous prayer made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners. 4. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, Sri D.K. Singh, learned Standing Counsel appeared on advance accepted notice on Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Adarsh Singh, Indra Raj Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Committee Of Management, Shree Janta Shiksha Prasar Samit And Another .....Petitioner(s) Deputy Registrar, Firms, Societies And Chits Kanpur Region Kanpur And Another .....Respondent(s) behalf of the State-respondents and perused the contents made in the writ petition. 5. Without entering into merits of the case, I am inclined to allow the innocuous prayer made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners as no objection made on behalf of learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State-respondents. Respondent no.1, Deputy Registrar, Firms, Societies and Chits Kanpur Region, Kanpur is directed to decide the pending application dated 07.03.2025 of the petitioners in accordance with law, expeditiously. 6.
