We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had purchased and was in possession of the vehicle which was used for illegal transportation of narcotics. His custodial interrogation is necessary to determine his involvement in the transportation. In view of the aforesaid circumstances and quantity of narcotics seized which is above commercial quantity we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 3.
