The present petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of Constitution of India seeking issuance of directions to the official respondents to take action on their representation dated 19.06.2025 (Annexure P-1). 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has filed a representation on 19.06.2025 before the Director General of Police, Punjab raising its grievances as mentioned in the present petition but the same has not yet been considered and no action has been taken thereon. He has further submitted that at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied if appropriate directions are issued to respondent No.2-The Director General of Police, Punjab to decide the aforesaid representation filed by the petitioner and take necessary action thereon.
