Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Basantrai P.S. Case No. 80 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 118(2), 109, 3(5), 352, 351(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Sri Rami Parful Baa, learned Judicial Magistrate, Godda. Petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant causing injury. Injury report earlier called for, has been received, it appears that informant had sustained simple injuries. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Rami Parful Baa, learned Judicial Magistrate, Godda or his successor, in connection with Basantrai P.S.
