TO ISSUE a writ order, or direction to the Commissioner/Additional Commissioner Prayagraj Division, Prayagraj to consider and decide the Appeal No.2024/2024/Prayagraj, Tehsil Karchhana (Vinod Kumar & others Vs Babu Ram & another) filed under Section 207 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending before him preferably on day-to-day basis within stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. It is contended that an appeal filed under Section 207 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending consideration which is registered as Appeal No.2024 of 2024. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the said appeal. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or issuing notice to the private respondents, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction upon respondent no.2- Commissioner/Additional Commissioner, Prayagraj Division, Prayagraj to decide Appeal No.2024 of 2024 filed under section 207 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
