Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party no.2 by the learned Sessions Judge, Jehanabad vide order dated 28.09.2022 passed in A.B.P. No.1313 of 2012 arising out of Jehanabad P.S. Case No.178 of 2022. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the proceedings with respect to Jehanabad P.S. Case No.178 of 2022 had already been stayed by this Court vide order dated 22.06.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.54437 of 2022, therefore, this case may be disposed of with liberty to the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21924 of 2023(3) dt.09-12-2025 2/2 petitioner to file appropriate petition, if required, after disposal of the said Cr. Misc. No.54437 of 2022. 4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner. 5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Cr. Misc.
