The present petition has been filed challenging the First Information Report dated 25.7.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 0263 of 2025, under Sections 69, 89, 352, 351(2) of B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Govind Nagar, District Kanpur. It has been stated by the Additional Government Advocate that a charge- sheet has been filed against the main accused and final report has been submitted against the other petitioners. So far as other petitioners are concerned, no evidence was found implicating them. In view of the aforesaid, the petition has become infructuous and is being disposed of. September 10, 2025 n.u.
