It is stated that originally, when the petitioner had given documents, it is the petitioner himself who gave the Transfer Certificate issued by the V.K.Higher Primary School, Banglore and also the voter ID as proof of his date of birth. In both the documents, his date of birth is mentioned as 02.10.1970. As a matter of fact, his place of birth was also originally entered as Banglore. Now, from the birth certificate produced by the petitioner, it is noted as the place of birth is mentioned as Vaniyambadi. Therefore, there is a difference of eight years with reference to the date of birth and also the place of birth and 2/6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.32759 of 2024 therefore, the entire thing is seriously disputed.
