(ORAL) The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 in case bearing FIR No.240 dated 09.12.2024 registered under Sections 115(2), 118(2), 351, 191(3), 190 and 238 of BNS, 2023 at Police Station Sadar, District Jalandhar. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 21.08.2025, the petitioner has joined the investigation to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer. The learned State counsel on instructions admits the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation in the case. In view of aforesaid factual position, the interim order dated 21.08.2025 is made absolute.
