On being put to notice, learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record office order dated 10.04.2025 and on that basis submits that services of the petitioner have been regularized from retrospective date on completion of one year of contractual service and accordingly his pay has also been re-fixed under separate office order dated 10.04.2025, appended along with above office order. 2.
