In furtherance of an order dated 13-03-2025, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner came to withdraw itself from the tendering process. 2. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the outcome of the tendering process up to the stage when the petitioner’s bid came to be referred as non-responsive that too after having first been approved as a responsive would amount to be a stigma on the credentials of the petitioner as a contractor concern and may prejudice the petitioner’s future participation in competitive high stage contracts wherein the antecedents of a contractor concern is taken into consideration by the authorities inviting tenders and that antecedents even relate back to the eligibility status. 3. This is made clear that the disposal of this writ petition as being rendered infructuous would not be read against the petitioner’s eligibility as well as reputation to be referred to be a bidder whose bid was found to be non-responsive. 4.
