JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 19-12-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. 2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126 (2), 115(2), 74, 109, 352, 351(2), 351(3) read with section 3(5) of B.N.S. 3. As per prosecution case, on 15.05.2025, all the F.I.R named accused persons, including these petitioners, armed with Garasa and Danda, assaulted informant. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that doctor has found the injury simple in nature. Parties are gotias. Similarly situated co-accused have already been allowed bail by this Court vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 67757 of 2025 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application. Considering the nature of accusation, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Danapur in connection with Bikram P.S.
