However, this Court is of the considered view that an order on this application will not expedite the trial. All contentious issues can be appropriately raised during the trial, particularly since the learned counsel for the defendant submits that the matter may be sent for trial. 4.In view of the above, O.A.No. 1015 of 2025 is closed.
