Baghel, learned Deputy Government Advocate, appearing for the State / respondent Nos. 1 to 3. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following reliefs : “10.1 To call for the records of the case for the kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court. 10.2 To issue an appropriate writ or order and direct the respondent no.2 & 3 to conduct the strict investigation on the basis of written complaint made by the petitioners against the private respondents and to register crime against the private respondents under the appropriate provisions of B.N.S. as far as possible. 10.3 To issue an appropriate writ or order and direct the respondent no.2 & 3 to register the criminal case against the private respondents for offence punishable u/s 318(4), 388, 336(3) and 340(2) of B.N.S being cognizable offence for committing crime against the petitioner in the interest of justice. 10.4. Any other relief deemed fit in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted.” 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that despite written complaint being made by the petitioner to respondent Nos. 2 & 3, they have not taken any action on the complaints made by the petitioner. 4. Learned State counsel, on the other hand, has submitted that the grievance of the petitioner can be very well redressed before the 3 competent Court by filing an application under Section 156 (3) or 200 of the Cr.P.C. He further submitted that the controversy involved in the present matter has already been decided by the High Court of Allahabad in Misc. Bench No. 24492 of 2020 : Waseem Haider Vs. State of U.P. Through Principal Secretary, Home Others vide judgment and order dated 14.12.2020 as well as by this Court in WPCR No.333 of 2020 (Akhilesh Agrawal v. State of Chhattisgarh & Others) decided on 12.04.2023, dismissing the said petition, hence, the present petition be also dismissed in terms of the said order. 5. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail the appropriate remedy before appropriate Forum.
