Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State and Sri Kunal Ravi Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no.2. 2. The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the following prayers :- a. Issue a Writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent no. 2 decide the R.T.I. Appeal dated 07.03.2025 filed by the petitioner. 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the respondents that since the appeal filed by the petitioner is not as per prescribed procedure of law, no decision has been taken in the matter. 4. At this stage, a prayer has been made by learned counsel for the petitioner to dismiss the present petition as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh appeal as per prescribed procedure of law, i.e., through Online within a period of two weeks. 5. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
