This anticipatory bail application has been filed by the applicant in respect of FIR No.200 of 2025, under Sections 115, 351(2), 69 and 87 of B.N.S. 2023 registered at Police Station I.T.I. District Udham Singh Nagar. 4. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the FIR by the respondent-prosecutrix. 5. From perusal of the FIR, it is reflected that the applicant and the victim have been in relation for long. 6. Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has directed the State to get instructions in the matter. 7. Today, on instructions, it is submitted by State counsel that the victim-respondent no.3 and the applicant were in relation since 2016 and it was known to the victim that the applicant was married. 8. Having considered the submission of the learned counsel for the parties and keeping in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed. It is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicant-Vinod Kumar in respect of the aforesaid FIR, he shall be released on anticipatory bail on his executing a personal bond and two reliable sureties, each of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer concerned.
