Case No. 345 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 143 of the BNS. 3. As per the prosecution case, the the petitioner is said to be involved in child trafficking and he was taking five minor boys for working in Nepal. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 20.10.2024. 5. Considering the nature of allegation and also considering the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court passed in the case of Pinki Vs.
