The present application has been filed with a prayer for allowing the applicant to produce and file on record a copy of the photograph showing the three storey building constructed over the house at the land under dag No. 4313 measuring an area of 0.13739 acres at village No. 42 Keishamthong and copy of the voter list of the 28-Thanga Assembly constituency, polling station No. 9 – Thanga Oinam Leikai. The learned counsel submitted that the said photograph as well as the voter list is only by way of furnishing particulars of the materials facts already pleaded in the election petition and the learned counsel, accordingly, prays for allowing him to file and produce the same on record.
