The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "I. A order or direction in the nature of commanding and directing Civil Judge (Junior Division) Kasya District- Kushinagar, to consider and decide the 6-C application dated 12.10.2017 file by petitioner with case No. 1546 of 2017 (Jakir and others Versus Nuri and others), within stipulated period so fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the aforementioned 6-C application is pending since 2017 for adjudication. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. The present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Kasya District-Kushinagar to consider and decide the aforementioned 6-C application of the petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of production of a Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Omkar Nath Rai Counsel for Respondent(s) : Jakir .....Petitioner(s) Nuri And 7 Others .....Respondent(s) certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon all the respondents, after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned provided that there is no other legal impediment.
