HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - C No. - 31452 of 2025 Court No. - 21 HON'BLE MANOJ KUMAR GUPTA, J.
HON'BLE ARUN KUMAR, J.
1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sudharshan Singh, learned counsel for respondent no. 1.
2. The present writ petition has been filed, praying for a direction to respondent no. 2 to pay the arrears of rent along with compound interest to the petitioner within stipulated period. The claim is being made on basis of agreement of lease dated 22.08.2007 and the extension lease deed dated 02.03.2018.
3. Respondent no. 2 is a private entity. Writ petition for recovery of arrears of rent against it, is not maintainable. Moreover, there appears to be an arbitration clause in the lease agreement.
