This petition has been filed for following relief: "Issue a direction commanding the Principal Judge, Family Court, Maharajganj to decide the Case No.544 of 2025 (Jitendra Modanwal Vs. Smt. Ranju w/o Jitendra Modanwal) filed by the petitioner under Section 13 B of Hindu Marriage Act on day to day basis without granting any adjournment and to decide the same expeditiously." 3. In view of provision of Section 13B, no relief can be granted to the petitioner at this stage. The petitioner may move an application before the trial court for waving the cooling off period as provided under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriae Act, 1955. 4. In case, such an application is made, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with the judgment passed in Matters Under Article 227 No.1886 of 2020 (Smt. Pratibha v. Gaurav), decided on 04.03.2020, expeditiously, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
