This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 i.e. Sub Divisional Officer, Aurai District Sant Ravidas Nagar (Bhadohi) to decide the Case No. 4882/2022 (Computerized Case No. T202216670604882 inre; Jaya Devi Vs. State, U/s 67(A) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, Tehsil Aurai, District Sant Ravidas Nagar (Bhadohi) pending in his Court immediately within some specific time." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that proceedings under Section 67(A) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 are pending consideration before respondent no. 2 since 2022. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon respondent no. 2 to decide the Case No. 4882/2022 {Computerized Case No. T202216670604882 (Jaya Devi Vs. State)}, in accordance with Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : C.B.Dubey Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Pradeep Singh Jaya Devi And Another .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 4 Others .....Respondent(s) law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
