By means of the present petition, the petitioner seeks the following relief: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 to release the vehicle (Tractor Escort FT Champion 42) bearing registration number UP82AM1120 in favour of the petitioner." 4. The present case is clearly a writ petition that has been filed against a private financial institution and is, accordingly, not amenable to the writ jurisdiction. 5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent private financial institution submits that arbitration proceedings have been initiated by the financial company. 6. A copy of the said arbitration notice/proceedings may be handed over to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner by September 16, 2025. 7.
