Present criminal appeal has been filed against the judgment and order dated 26.10.2004 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Fatehpur in Sessions Trial No. 311 of 1998. 2. Perused the office report dated 29.1.2024 based on the report of C.J.M. Fathepur dated 10.8.2023 that the sole appellant Lalloo son of Babu Lal died on 15.1.2014. Along with the said report, death certificates issued by Gram Pradhan, Kotla as well as by the State of U.P., statements of Dinesh son of Shyam Lal, cousin of the deceased appellant, Ram Kumar son of late Babu Lal, real brother of the deceased appellant apart from statements of Village Pradhan and the Sub-Inspector concerned are also on record. 3. Accordingly, the present appeal stands abated. However, record of the present appeal shall remain connected with the other appeals.
