Apprehending threat to her life and liberty, petitioner has filed the present petition with a prayer to direct the official respondents to protect her life and liberty. 2. While mentioning the brief back drop of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an Ejectment Petition with regard to portion of Building No.B-VII-1091-1093 known as Rekhi Building situated near Clock Tower Ludhiana, was filed by the present petitioner against the respondents. The said petition was decided exparte in her favour vide order dated 15.07.2024 as the respondent therein (District Congress Committee through its President) chose not to appear. 3. Execution application was filed by the petitioner on
12.05.2025. Learned Executing Court issued warrants of possession in her favour, in terms of order dated 19.05.2025, for 07.07.2025. These warrants were received back with the report that premises were locked. CRWP-9084 of 2025 (O&M) -2- petitioner was directed to remain present. On 16.07.2025, petitioner along with Baillif visited the site and waited for the Jds to come present and after sometime the Baillif broke open the locks and prepared details of the articles found inside the demised premises. Petitioner and her husband put their locks and handed over the keys to Baillif. While Baillif was preparing the report, respondent No.2 Sanjay Talwar, Harjinder Singh, Riki etc., arrived at the site and started threatning her . Contrary to the Court order, the locks were broken open and the articles which had been taken out were put back. Petitioner further claims that she has been receiving continue threats from the afore-mentioned persons, who have least respect for the law of the land. Learned counsel further submits that a contempt petition COCP No.3627 of 2025 had been filed in this Court, by petitioners against the District Congress Committee through Ashwani Sharma, wherein notice of motion has been issued for 15.10.2025. Primarily with this backdrop, learned counsel for the petitioner limits his request to direct official respondents to decide representation dated 19.07.2025 filed by the petitioner, in a time bound manner. 4. Without commenting upon the merits of the case and in view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the official respondents to decide the representation dated 19.07.2025 (Annexure P-7) within a period of two weeks.
