Case No. 228 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 318(4). 319(2), 336(3) of the B.N.S. and Section 66C, 66D of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of Sri Manish Ranjan, learned A.J.C.-II, Ranchi. 3. On 17.12.2024, the informant had filed the present F.I.R. alleging that Rs. 20,434/-and Rs. 9995/-were withdrawn by using his credit and debit card respectively of Axis bank. 4. During the course of investigation, it transpired that the mobile phone of this petitioner was used in committing the said fraud. 5. The said mobile phone was recovered from the petitioner in another case. 6. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
