The learned counsel for the first respondent brings to my notice that pending Civil Revision Petition, E.A.No.61 of 2014 has been dismissed on 24.06.2022. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not aware whether the order dated 24.06.2022 has been challenged in the manner known to law. 4. Be that as it may. In view of the application E.A.No.61 of 2014 being disposed of on 24.06.2022 pending revision, nothing survives for consideration in civil revision petition. 5. In the light of the above, there is no necessity for entertaining the present application for condonation of delay of 2470 days in filing the restoration petition in CRP No. 475 of 2015. __________ Page2 of 4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CMP No. 27424 of 2025 6. It is needless to say that it is open to the petitioner to redress his grievances in the manner known to law by challenging the dismissal of E.A.No.61 of 2024.
