The order dated 17.05.2025 passed by the respondent no.2- Presiding Officer, Labour Court-II, Ghaziabad in Adjudication Case No.38 of 2017 by which the recall application filed by respondent no.3 was allowed is under challenge in the present writ petition. 3. After some arguments in the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer and prayed that the respondent no.2- Presiding Officer, Labour Court-II, Ghaziabad will decide the entire matter expeditiously. 4. This prayer has not been opposed by the counsel for the respondent no.3. 5. In this view of the matter and also in the interest of justice, respondent no.2- Presiding Officer, Labour Court-II, Ghaziabad is directed to decide Adjudication Case No.38 of 2017, pending between the parties on merits most expeditiously and positively within a period of four months Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Shivam Agarwal, Tanu Shree Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C.
