The present petition has been filed for the following relief:- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 19.06.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 144 of 2025, under Sections 319(2), 318(4) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita (B.N.S.) 2023, Police Station Sen Paschim Para, District Kanpur Nagar. (ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report dated 19.06.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 144 of 2025, under Sections 319(2), 318(4) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita (B.N.S.) 2023, Police Station Sen Paschim Para, District Kanpur Nagar." It has been stated by the Additional Government Advocate that a charge-sheet has been filed in the aforesaid case. In view of the aforesaid, the Court refrains from interfering under Article 226 and the petition is dismissed.
