The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ghaghra P.S. Case No. 73/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 85/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 331(4) & 305 of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of Sri Prateek Raj, learned J.M., 1st Class, Gumla. 3. During the intervening night of 10/11.9.2024, theft was committed in the house of the informant by unknown thieves. They took away jewelries, mobile phone and other articles from there. 4. During the course of investigation, the stolen mobile phone was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent. 6. Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. 7. The petitioner, if so advised, may renew his prayer for bail after six months. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Rahul/-
