JUSTICE ARUN DEV CHOUDHURY ORDER 21.01.2025 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this present application with a liberty to take all available defence pleas including the defence taken in this present petition during the framing of charge and during the trial, if any. In view of the aforesaid, this criminal petition stands closed on withdrawal with a liberty as prayed for. Interim order passed earlier stands vacated.
