Heard the parties.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mango P.S. Case No. 276 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.238 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 126(2), 118(1), 118(2), 109, 3(5) of the B.N.S., pending in the court of Sri Sidhant Tigga, learned J. M., 1st Class, Jamshedpur. On 13.10.2024 at about 10:00 P.M., son of the informant namely Nikesh Sharma and his friend were going to drop his friend at Krishna Nagar on scooty. They were intercepted on the way by Piyush Singh, Harshit Raj Singh @ Neta Bachha and unknown persons. It is alleged that Harshit Raj Singh @ Neta Bachha assaulted the son of the informant and his friend by chauper, due to which they sustained injuries. It was submitted that co-accused Piyush Singh who has been named in the F.I.R., has been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused persons. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Sidhant Tigga, learned J. M., 1st Class, Jamshedpur or his successor in connection with Mango P.S. Case No. 276 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.238 of 2025.
