Kesavan ORDER This Court vide order dated 08.07.2025, by consent, has referred the matter to the Mediation to resolve the disputes between the parties. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on both sides submit that the parties have settled the dispute before the Mediation and to that effect, the parties have entered into a Settlement Agreement dated 09.09.2025 duly signed by the parties and their respective counsel. Hence, the learned counsel on either side submit that the Criminal Revision Case may be disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 09.09.2025. 3. The said Settlement Agreement, dated 09.09.2025 filed by the parties is taken on record. This Criminal Revision Case is disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement, dated 09.09.2025 entered between the parties.
