Gaurav Babu Jain, filed under Clause (i) of Sub-Section (1) of Section 132 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 for committing offences specified under Clause (b) (c) and (i) of Sub-Section (1) of Section 132 of the CGST Act, 2017 (Annexure P-4). Ms. Urvashi Dhugga, Advocate has filed Power of Attorney with No-objection (from the earlier counsel) to represent the petitioner. The same is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks an adjournment to address the arguments. Adjourned to 25.09.2025.
