THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE BATTU DEVANAND CONTEMPT CASE No.411 of 2018 ORDER: This Contempt Case is filed against the respondents complaining wilful disobedience of the order, dated 24.08.2017 in W.P.No.27132 of 2017. 2. While allowing the said Writ Petition, this Court set-aside the order impugned therein and directed the respondents to reinstate the petitioner till further action is taken. 3. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of this Court is complied with, but some monitory benefits with respect to 20 years increment, is not settled. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that in compliance of the order of the court, all the monitory benefits for which the petitioner is entitled are settled. If the petitioner is having any further grievance, he can move before the appropriate court of law to ventilate his grievance. 5. Having considered the submissions of the respective counsels, in our considered view, no further adjudication is warranted in the present Contempt Case. 2 6. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
