The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "a) to direct the Fast Track Court (Junior Division) II, Varanasi to decide the Execution Case No. 3 of 2014 (Parmanand & others Vs. Heeramani Devi & others), forthwith, within the time fixed by this Hon'ble Court; b) issue any other suitable, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case;" 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the aforementioned execution case is pending since 2014 for adjudication. They prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. The present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Fast Track Court (Junior Division) II, Varanasi to consider and decide the aforementioned execution case of the petitioners, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Rakesh Kumar Counsel for Respondent(s) : Parmanand And 2 Others .....Petitioner(s) Smt.
