Chauhan, learned counsel for the applicant, Mr. S.M. Iqbal Hasasn, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 2. By means of this application, the only prayer made by the applicants is that a direction be issued to the court concerned to expedite the proceeding of Criminal Case No.17885 of 2021 having old Case No. 112 of 2016 (State of U.P. Vs. Mehadi Hasan) arising out of Case Crime No.174 of 2015, under Sections 420, 468, 471, 411, 506 IPC, Police Station- Faijganj Behta, District- Budaun, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate/F.T.C. Budaun, expeditiously within a short stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that earlier the appellant has approached this Court in Application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. No.39722 of 2019, and co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 05.11.2019 directed the court concerned to conclude the proceeding at the earliest without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. Learned counsel for the appellant further submits that again, the appellant has approached this Court in Application U/S 482 No. 6032 of 2023 (Smt. Lalit Kumari Vs. State of U.P. and 3 others) and co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 23.3.2023 disposed of the same directing the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously within a period of six months but nothing has been done till date. Considering the facts of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case, this application U/s 529 B.N.S.S. is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to comply with the order dated 23.3.2023 and decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
