For Petitioners : Mr.B.Dayaalan For Respondent : Mr.V.J.Priyadarsana Government Advocate (Crl.Side) ORDER This Contempt Petition was filed on the ground that the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.7294 of 2024, dated 26.03.2024, was not complied with. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 2 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, counter affidavit of the respondent has been filed and the relevant portion of the affidavit is extracted hereunder: “8.It is submitted that after completion of elaborat and detailed ivnestigation, based on the statement of witnesses, materials evidence, on 09.03.2024, then Inspector of Police altered Section into 294(b), 506(i) IPC and Sec.3(i) TNPPDL Act and then filed a charge sheet against the accused persons before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kancheepuram through E- filing No.LTN20220002692C202400402, dated: 27.07.2024 and the same is yet to be taken on file.” 3.It is clear from the above that the investigation has been completed and police report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Kancheepuram and the same is yet to be taken on file.
