The present application under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed to quash the order dated 25.7.2025 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 1, Etah in Criminal Revision No. 245 of 2023, whereby the revisional court set aside the order dated 21.8.2023 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 18, Etah passed in complaint case No. 7071 of 2023, whereby learned magistrate took cognizance under Sections 147, 148, 452, 323, 504, 506, 354-B, I.P.C. against the Private-Opposite Party Nos. 2 to 6. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. The instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
