Case No. 403 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 303(2), 352 and 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 06.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10548 of 2025. It appears that the trial is now on the verge of conclusion. 4.
