1. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India with a prayer to issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to count the entire service of the petitioner as qualifying service.
2. A further prayer has been made to quash the part of the P.P.O vide which the period of 07 years 08 months and 23 days has been ordered to be treated as non-qualifying service.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already submitted a representation/legal notice dated 20.07.2025 (Annexure P-5) to the official respondents and he shall be satisfied in case, appropriate directions are issued to the respondent No.1 to decide the representation dated 20.07.2025 (Annexure P-5).

6. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record carefully.

At this stage, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.1 to decide the representation/legal notice dated 20.07.2025 (Annexure P-5) submitted by the petitioner, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order by passing a speaking and well reasoned order. In case, it is found that the petitioner is entitled to the relief claimed in the representation/legal notice dated 20.07.2025 (Annexure P-5), consequential benefits may also be released to the petitioner, in accordance with law.
