This petition has been filed for following relief: "Issue an order or direction, directing the Civil Judge FTC Allahabad to decide the O.S. no. 1016/2009 Deep Kumar Jaiswal Vs. Ramesh Chandra Yadav & Another pending before him, expeditiously within short and stipulated time as directed by this Hon'ble Court, otherwise the petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss and injury." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the suit is pending since 2009. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the issues have been framed. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that several dates have been fixed but the same has not been decided yet. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5.
