JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 3 19-12-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Bettiah Cyber P.S. Case No. 34/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 303(2), 61(2), 317(4), 317(5), 111 of B.N.S. and Sections 66(c) and 66(d) of Information Technology Act, 2000. 3. As per the prosecution case, petitioners are involved in cyber fraud. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in the case. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner namely, Amirullah Anasri has one criminal antecedent and petitioner, namely, Md. Meraj Alam has two criminal antecedents and petitioner, namely, Md. Kalimullah has three criminal antecedents and they are in custody since 17.07.2025. The petitioners undertake to co- operate in the case/ trial. 5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners on the ground that petitioners have committed cyber fraud. 6. Considering the recovery and the fact that the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71111 of 2025(3) dt.19-12-2025 3/3 petitioners are involved in cyber fraud, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. 7.
