Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant submits that though the present application has been preferred for quashing the Impugned Order dated 10.03.2025 passed by the learned Additional District & Session Judge/Special Judge (PCOSO Act)-III, Amroha in Criminal Appeal No. 20 of 2025 (Mahfooz Husain Vs. Naresh Kumar) arising out of Complaint Case No. 251 of 2024, U/s 138 of N.I. Act, Police Station Saidnagali, District Amroha, however, he as per the instructions received from his client is foregoing the challenge raised to the order dated 10.03.2023 passed by the Sessions Judge, Amroha, however, a direction be issued to the court below to expedite the appeal, so preferred by O.P. No.2 being Criminal Appeal No. 20 of 2025. 2. Sri Vikas Sharma, learned State Law Officer has no objection. 3. Accordingly, the application stands disposed of requiring the Court of Addl. District and Sessions Judge/ Special Judge, POCSO, Amroha to expedite and decide the appeal without granting unnecessary adjournment, subject to legal impediment. In case any adjournment is granted, the same shall not be more than three days at a stretch.
