The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that C.No.178/DCWPT/VISTOR/2025 has been registered and enquiry is pending. It is further submitted that if the petitioner participate in the enquiry, the police shall not take any coercive steps against him. 3. Taking note of the said submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to participate in the enquiry on receipt of summons.
