Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner being a widow is entitled to preference while recruiting Anganwadi helper. It is stated that despite the petitioner being a widow, respondent No.6 is shown as selected in the provisional list. He further submits that petitioner has filed objection to the provisional list. 3. Learned Additional Advocate General would submit that the objection will be considered in the manner known to law and thereafter the final list will be published. 4. Under these circumstances, competent authority to consider objection filed by the petitioner and to publish the final list. While publishing the final list, the authority shall also inform 6th respondent about the objection filed by petitioner and respondent No.6 shall be given an opportunity to reply to the objection. After considering objections, appropriate order shall be passed. 5.
