The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking issuance of directions to the official respondents and take action on their representation (Annexure P-4). 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has filed a representation (Annexure P-4) before the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana raising its grievances as mentioned in the present petition but the same has not yet been considered and no action has been taken thereon. He has further submitted that at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied if appropriate directions are issued to respondent No.2-The Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana to decide the aforesaid representation filed by the petitioner and take necessary action thereon.
