Petitioner is contractor, who executed work for the corporation. Mr. Ram Bilas Prasad, learned advocate appears on his behalf and submits, the work was accepted. Proof of it is, the security deposit was refunded to his client. He seeks interference for payment of the outstanding bills. In this connection, paragraph 1 from our order dated 10th September, 2025 is reproduced below. "1. Mr. Ram Bilas Prasad, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client executed work for U.P. State Agro Industrial Corporation Ltd. His bills are outstanding. He hands up copy of order dated 28th July, 2025 made by a Bench, in which one of us (Arindam Sihna,J) was party, on Writ-C no. 24411 of 2025 being moved. His client is another contractor, whose security deposit has also been refunded. There is typographical error in paragraph 7 of the petition." Mr. Anubhav Chandra, learned advocate, Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State. Mr. Ved Byas Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of respondent nos. 2 to 4 (the corporation). He submits, some time be granted for the payment being made. The corporation will clear the outstanding bills within six weeks from communication of certified copy of this order, to be made by petitioner upon Divisional Engineer of the corporation at Gorakhpur, as submitted by Mr. Mishra.
