Feeling aggrieved by the said order, petitioner has filed this writ petition. (3) Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has submitted a compounding map and he has also moved an application to compound the violation, if any, with the building byelaws. (4) Ms. Ruchika Negi, holding brief of Mr. Sandeep Kothari, appearing for Development Authority submits that since petitioner has already made an application on 14.7.2025, therefore the same shall be considered, as per law, within four months. (5) Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to the competent authority in District Level Development Authority, Nainital to consider petitioner’s prayer for compounding and take decision within four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
